Course overview

Kent Business School provides a stimulating research environment for PhD Marketing students, with access to a team of experienced academics and researchers. The PhD programme allows students to pursue original research in their chosen marketing specialisation, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in the field. Students are supported by a supervisory team that provides guidance on research methodology, literature reviews, and thesis development.

The programme emphasises rigorous research training, and students are encouraged to participate in academic conferences and workshops to enhance their research skills and network with other scholars. The programme includes formal progression reviews at key stages, and students must participate in a research training programme.

Kent Business School PhD students get access to office space, a laptop, funds for conference attendance and research expenses, research methods training, and full access to the Graduate and Researcher College facilities.
