The University of LawLondon Moorgate Online, United Kingdom
Course overview
The LLM Construction Law at The University of Law is designed to enhance the legal knowledge of both law and non-law graduates, focusing on the complex legal framework of the construction industry.
During this course, students will explore critical areas, including construction contracts, issues of vicarious liability and insolvency, the application of international standards such as the FIDIC Silver Book and the NEC, a global perspective on dispute resolution, and the practical application of legal rules in a commercial setting.
Learning is delivered by expert lecturers who are also practising lawyers, focusing on practical application rather than theory, and includes mandatory training in research methods for the dissertation component.
