BA Honours Education with Psychology and Counselling with Foundation Year

The BA Education with Psychology and Counselling with Foundation Year allows students to develop their knowledge and understanding of discourses and practices in education, psychology, and counselling. They will learn how to reflect on and theorise personal experiences and practices, as well as enhance their employment opportunities by developing counselling skills.

The Foundation Year is designed for students who would benefit from additional preparation before undertaking degree-level study, or for those who do not meet the entry requirements for the BSc (Hons) course. On successful completion of the foundation year, students can progress to the Psychology and Counselling BSc Honours degree, studied over a further three years.
