Course overview

The BA Business Management with Psychology with Foundation Year from Sheffield Hallam is designed to enable students to understand how to combine business management with psychology for effective business growth. This 3-year programme will enable students to learn to develop business techniques and campaigns that influence consumer behaviour.

The Foundation Year will equip students with the critical skills needed to progress to a full honours degree. Throughout this programme, students will learn to apply psychological methods and theories to different business scenarios, enabling them to develop a thorough understanding of current marketing issues.

This degree gives students an understanding of human psychology, especially how consumers think, feel, and make decisions, which they would use to learn core concepts of business theories and develop skills and experience to apply them in real-world settings.

Entry requirements

Grade Requirements:

  • Applicants should possess 112-120 UCAS tariff points with qualifications equivalent to A-levels in two subjects with grades within the range of BBC-BBB or equivalent BTEC qualifications.

English Proficiency:

International applicants whose first language is not English must have an Academic IELTS score of 6.0, with no individual component scoring below 5.5.
