MSc Management International Business

The Management (International Business) MSc at Nottingham Trent University is designed to help students develop their leadership and management skills to become effective managers capable of operating in competitive organisational environments. Throughout this 1-year master's programme, students will gain a solid understanding of core subjects, enabling them to apply theory and modern thinking to practice.

The programme offers students the opportunity to specialise in work and management within organisations that operate across national borders or globally. This is achieved through the study of international HRM, strategic global supply chain management and international marketing. Students can also choose an experiential project, selecting either completing a consultancy experience project or a business research project to apply their skills in real-world settings. 

Candidates are required to submit a personal statement in which they discuss their reasons for applying for the course and other relevant information regarding their studies. A relevant academic and/or employer reference is also required. Students have the option to upload their CVs along with their applications to demonstrate their work experience.

Grade Requirements:

• Applicants are required to have equivalent qualifications to a UK undergraduate honours degree (2.2 or above).

English Proficiency:

• Applicants whose first language is not English are required to demonstrate their proficiency by having an IELTS score of 6.5 overall, with no individual skill component scoring below 5.5. 
• The university also accepts various other recognised English language qualifications like PTE and TOEFL.
