BSc Property Finance and Investment

The BSc (Hons) Property Finance and Investment at Nottingham Trent University is a good course if you want to work in property, investment, or finance.

• A UCAS tariff of 112 points from up to four qualifications, two of which must be A-level equivalent, is required to study this course. 

English Proficiency: 

• International applicants whose first language is not English are required to demonstrate proficiency in the language. To do this, an IELTS Academic score of 6.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in each of the four components is required. 
• Please note that the date of your IELTS Academic test result must be within two years of your degree course start date. 
• Alternative tests such as Pearson, TOEFL, and LanguageCert are also accepted.

For the 2025/2026 academic session, the tuition fee to study the BSc (Hons) Property Finance and Investment at Nottingham Trent University is £17,500. Please note that tuition fees may increase from the second year of your undergraduate course.
