BSc Computer Science Cyber Security

Course Overview

The BSc in Computer Science (Cyber Security) programme provides a solid foundation in practical computer science skills and cyber security. Students will learn about the foundations of networks and computer systems, understanding and analysis of communication systems. The curriculum also covers secure programming and how system networks are protected through access control, encryption, and intrusion detection.

This programme equips students with the technical proficiency and professional skills needed to address cyber security challenges facing organisations and society. Throughout the three years, students will undertake eight compulsory courses annually, and in the fourth year, they will pursue five security-related mandatory courses alongside three elective options.
