BSc Information Technology Management

This program is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed for a career in IT management, covering many topics including programming, data science, web development, business intelligence, and project management. 

Through a combination of hands-on activities, team projects, and assessments such as exams, essays, presentations, and reports, students gain practical experience that prepares them for the challenges of the tech industry.

The course starts with basic computing concepts in the first year and moves on to more advanced topics later on. Students learn about the technical side of IT, including algorithms and computer systems, and how to apply these skills to manage information and business processes. Assessments are different to ensure students are evaluated fairly and consistently across all modules.

Grade Requirements: 

• Applicants need 112 UCAS Tariff points. With qualifications such as A-levels (e.g., BBC, to include one from Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Further Mathematics, Computer Science, Computing, or Design Technology), a Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (DMM in IT, Business, or a technical subject)
• HE Diploma with 30 Level 3 credits in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Statistics. 

English Proficiency: 

• Applicants need an IELTS score of 6.0 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each skill. 
• TOEFL iBT (79 overall with 18 in each skill) or Pearson PTE (59 overall with 59 in each skill) is accepted. 
• Some applicants may meet the requirement if they have scored a minimum of 60% in English in their Standard XII examination from specific examination boards.

For international students, the tuition fees at Coventry University are £19,850 per academic year.

Coventry University provides scholarships for international undergraduate students, including the Vice-Chancellor Undergraduate Scholarship, which offers a tuition fee reduction of up to £4,000 for a three-year degree, spread across the study period. This scholarship is available for September 2025 and January 2026 intakes and eligible students are automatically considered, so there's no need for a separate application. The university also offers an EU Support Bursary, which helps eligible EU students by charging them the same tuition fees as UK students for courses starting up to the 2026/27 academic year.
