MA Interior Architecture and Design
Course overview
The Birmingham City University MA Interior Architecture and Design is a 12-month programme that encourages learning through experience, treating design as a creative journey. It aims to deepen understanding of the theoretical, practical, and professional aspects that influence contemporary interior architecture and design practice.
The programme supports students in exploring innovative approaches within their design process, questioning existing ideas, and advancing the profession. The course is structured into three trimesters, each building confidence and improving design and academic skills. Each trimester helps students uncover their potential and track their professional growth. Staff and fellow students will assist individuals in reflecting on their practice as they move towards their career aspirations.
