How and when do I submit my application?

August – October 2026

  • Undergraduate (UCAS) Submissions: Send your undergraduate applications directly to the UCAS portal.
  • Postgraduate Direct Applications: AHZ counsellors can help you apply directly to university portals early to secure scholarship opportunities.

What happens after I receive a university offer?

September – November 2026

Evaluation & Acceptance

  • Reviewing Offers: You can go through your "Conditional" or "Unconditional" offers with AHZ staff to choose the best fit for your future goals.
  • Securing Your Seat: Once you make a choice, accept the offer and pay the tuition deposit to secure a place at the university.
  • Requesting your CAS: After conditions are met and the deposit is paid, the university will send your CAS.

What are the UK student visa and financial requirements?

October – December 2026

  • The 28-Day Rule: Ensure tuition and living costs are in your bank account or a relative's for 28 days before visa application.
  • Medical Requirements: You need to book and attend a TB test at the UKVI-approved clinic in Cairo.
