Ulster University

Ulster University provides a range of modern, affordable accommodation options across its campuses. Students can choose from en-suite rooms, shared flats, or self-catered housing, all designed to provide a comfortable and safe living environment. Most university-managed accommodation is located near campus, ensuring easy access to lectures, libraries, and social spaces.

For students who prefer off-campus housing, AHZ’s Accommodation Service can assist in finding private rentals in the local area. Northern Ireland offers a variety of affordable options, from shared student houses to private rentals, allowing flexibility based on individual needs and preferences.

Whether students are interested in joining a club or society, competing in sports, or attending social gatherings, there are plenty of ways to engage with campus life. Popular student-led societies include the Film and Media Society, Drama Society, and Tech Club, while sports enthusiasts can participate in activities such as football, rugby, rowing, and martial arts.

Living in Northern Ireland also gives students the chance to explore some of the region’s most iconic natural and cultural attractions, including the Giant’s Causeway, Mourne Mountains, and Antrim Coast. Meanwhile, cities like Belfast and Derry/Londonderry offer vibrant cultural experiences, including museums, galleries, theatres, and music venues.
