About University

Entry Requirements

You may be considered for this course if you have other professional qualifications or experience of equivalent standing. You must also submit a personal statement as part of your application. 

Grade Requirements: 

  • To study this course, you should have a lower second-class (2:2) undergraduate honours degree or above in any subject area. 

English Proficiency:

  • International students whose first language is not English are required to provide proof of proficiency. To do this, an IELTS score of 6.0 with at least 5.5 in each component is required. 
  • Please note that IELTS scores are valid for two years from the test date. 
  • Recognised equivalent tests are also accepted. 

Cost of Study

For the 2025/26 academic session, the tuition fee to study an MSc in International Business at the University of Sussex is £26,250.

Scholarships

The University of Sussex offers a number of scholarships to ensure that every student who wants to study at the university is able to regardless of their financial status. An instance of such scholarship is the Chancellor's International Scholarship available for self-funding which awards up to £5,000 towards tuition fee reduction.

The Sussex Scholarship also awards unlimited £4,000 scholarships for applicants who are nationals of India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Turkey and Vietnam.
