The BEng Chemical Engineering with Foundation Year at the University of Surrey is a good option if your school grades are not high enough for a standard course. Grade Requirements:

• For the A-level, you will need to achieve grades of CCC. This must include Mathematics and one other subject from the following list: Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, Further Maths, or Physics.
• If you are studying the International Baccalaureate Diploma, you will need an overall score of 29 points.

English Proficiency:

• For English language proficiency, you require an IELTS Academic score of 6.0 overall (or equivalent), with a minimum score of 5.5 in each component.

The tuition fee to study the BEng Chemical Engineering with Foundation Year at the University of Surrey is £27,000 per year. Please note that tuition fees are provisional and are, thus, subject to change.
