Master of Laws Business Law
University of HertfordshireUniversity of Hertfordshire, Hatfield
Course overview
This Master of Laws Business Law at the University of Hertfordshire gives students deep, specialist knowledge in business law. It is built around a compulsory core, including Corporate Governance, plus a choice of topics such as Company Law or Employment Law. Students then choose other subjects that match their own career goals.
The way students learn is very hands-on (practical) and taught by experts. It uses group work and role-play to build important skills like negotiation. Their grades are based only on coursework and practical assignments, meaning there are no final exams. They will gain professional experience through the prize-winning Law Clinic and benefit from the school's strong links with big London law companies.
