LLB Law Corporate Law

University of Gloucestershire

Course overview

This LLB Law (Corporate Law) at the University of Gloucestershire helps future lawyers gain the important knowledge, skills, and traits required for a career in law, focusing strongly on the laws of England and Wales and international law. The Corporate Law pathway allows them to gain specialist knowledge in areas such as forming and operating businesses, employment law, trading regulations, and intellectual property. The course is highly respected for its teaching satisfaction.

Learning mixes theory and practical skills through interactive sessions, class debates, and courtroom representation in the dedicated Moot Court Room. Students will put theory into practice by advising real-world clients on corporate law matters in the Law Clinic, under the guidance of a practising solicitor. Performances are checked through assignments, practical tasks, and presentations, with a four-year sandwich course option that includes a year-long placement.
