BSc Nursing Adult
Course overview
This BSc Nursing (Adult) at the University of Gloucestershire prepares students to become a completely registered Adult Nurse, qualifying them to work with the Nursing and Midwifery Council. The full-time programme is split equally, with half their time spent on academic study and the other half gaining essential hands-on experience through regular placements.
The course is designed to build your experience and competence by focusing on leadership and creating a supportive 'culture of care' for patients. Learning takes place either on the Gloucester campus or through a blended learning route, which combines online study with practical placements in NHS 'Practice Pod' locations such as Bath, Bristol, or Swindon.
