Course Overview

The BSc in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management at the University of East London is designed to provide students with working knowledge and an understanding of the skills required by quantity surveyors and commercial managers within the construction industry.

  • International Baccalaureate: An overall score of 28-32 points.

English Proficiency

  • Non-native English speakers may need to demonstrate proficiency in the language, typically through an IELTS overall score of at least 6.5 (or a 5.5 in each component). Alternatively, English language qualifications such as TOEFL and PTE, are also accepted

Cost of Study
