BSc Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management

The BSc in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management at the University of East London is designed to provide students with working knowledge and an understanding of the skills required by quantity surveyors and commercial managers within the construction industry. 

The Foundation Year is intended for international students who do not meet the direct entry requirements and wish to transition into a full bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management. Grade Requirements

• 64 UCAS Tariff Points with qualifications equivalent to UK A-levels in subjects such as business studies, economics, or other related fields. Typical offers range between ABB and BBC.

• International Baccalaureate: An overall score of 28-32 points.

English Proficiency

• Non-native English speakers may need to demonstrate proficiency in the language, typically through an IELTS overall score of at least 6.5 (or a 5.5 in each component). Alternatively, English language qualifications such as TOEFL and PTE, are also accepted

For international students enrolling for the BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management (Degree + Foundation Year) at the University of East London, the tuition fee for the 2025/26 academic session is approximately £15,560.
