Course overview
This four-year undergraduate degree, including an essential Foundation Year, prepares students for careers in the sports business sector by covering core management disciplines like marketing, finance, law, and business development within a sporting context. It is professionally accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), offering a significant industry advantage and ensuring the curriculum is relevant to current professional standards. The Foundation Year establishes fundamental academic and study skills necessary for success in the subsequent three years of Honours degree study.

Entry requirements
Candidates are required to submit a personal statement and provide relevant information about their studies, an academic and/or employer reference and a CV to show their work experience.
Grade Requirements:
- Candidates need 72 UCAS points, including A-levels at DDD or a BTEC at MMP.
- Other International qualifications equivalent to an A-level are also accepted.
English Proficiency:
- Candidates need to score at least 6.0 overall in the IELTS test, with any other component below 5.5.
- Other English language test scores, such as PTE Academic and TOEFL IBT tests, are accepted.

Biomedical Science Excellence Scholarship
Two awards of £1,000 are available, and will be awarded as a tuition fee reduction in the second semester. Each recipient will also be allocated up to £500 to use to attend a conference.
