Entry Requirements

Students who are interested in studying BA Event Management With Foundation Year at the University of Derby must meet the following requirements:

Grade Requirements

  • Students must have at least 72 UCAS Tariff points from A-Levels.
  • Pass Access to HE Diploma with 60 credits: 45 at Level 3 with a minimum of Distinction: 15, Merit: 24, Pass: 6. 
  • BTEC Diploma at MMP

English Proficiency

  • International students whose first language is not English must achieve a minimum IELTS score of 6.0, with at least 5.5 in each skills area.

Cost of Study

International students who want to enrol in the BA Event Management With Foundation Year course at the University of Derby are expected to pay an annual tuition fee of £16,900. For local students, the annual tuition fee is £9,250.

Scholarships

The University of Derby offers a variety of scholarships and financial support options for international students. One of the key scholarships is the Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship, which provides a £2,000 reduction on first-year tuition fees.
