BSc Business Management with Entrepreneurship with integrated Foundation

The University of Buckingham Business Management Entrepreneurship is a three-year programme designed for students who may need additional preparation before beginning undergraduate studies. 

The first year acts as a Foundation course, providing the necessary understanding and academic skills to bridge any gaps in qualifications. This programme is ideal for individuals who aspire to become entrepreneurs and wish to gain a solid foundation in business management.

During the course, students will gain essential business and management knowledge alongside specialised modules in entrepreneurship. This includes understanding the psychology of entrepreneurship, innovation, and social enterprise. 

A key feature is the opportunity for students to start their own business during their first undergraduate year, with support from experienced business owners and academics, and even pitch for capital. The programme also offers work experience with local entrepreneurs.

Candidates are required to submit a personal statement in which they discuss their reasons for applying for the course and other relevant information regarding their studies. A relevant academic and/or employer reference is also required. Students have the option to upload their CV along with their applications to demonstrate their work experience.

Grade Requirements: 

• Applicants need A Levels, BTEC Extended Diploma, T Levels, International Baccalaureate, or other Level 3 qualifications equivalent to at least 48 UCAS points.
• A-level equivalent international qualifications are also accepted

English Proficiency: 

• If English is not your first language, you will need an IELTS score of 6.5 overall, with no individual score lower than 6.0. 
• Other equivalent English language test scores, such as TOEFL, PTE, are also accepted.

The tuition fee for the Business Management with Entrepreneurship at Buckingham for international students is £22,200 per year.

The University of Buckingham offers several scholarships for eligible international undergraduate students.
