BA Digital Marketing
Course overview
The BA Digital Marketing is currently the only undergraduate degree of its kind available in Scotland. The course is designed to prepare students with the relevant knowledge and skills to effectively design, deliver, and evaluate digital marketing strategies and campaigns for industry trials. Year one is shared with the BA Digital Marketing and Business Analytics course.
Students will be taught with online and on-campus learning materials, tutorials, industry-led workshops, and the operation of a student-led 'Digital Marketing Agency' in the last two years, which involves working on real client projects. Assessment does not include written exams in the first two years, but it focuses on portfolios, reports, and oral assessments. Students have an opportunity for a placement or Study Abroad in the third year.
Entry requirements
Candidates need to submit a personal statement and relevant information regarding their studies, an academic and/or employer reference, and their CV to show their work experience.
Grade Requirements:
- Candidates need a BCC in A-level or equivalent.
- Other International qualifications equivalent to an A-level are also accepted.
English Proficiency:
- Candidates need an overall score of 6.0 in the IELTS Academic test, 5.5 in each component.
- Other English language test scores, such as PTE Academic and TOEFL IBT, are accepted, amongst others
