Nottingham Trent University

Course overview

This degree is accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and focuses on understanding how people think, feel, and act. Students will examine the secrets of human nature, exploring the brain's functions and the processes underlying human thought and behaviour. The course also gives students strong training in research methods and statistics, which are essential skills in the field.

Candidates will learn from real-world projects, get at least 60 hours of work experience in a professional setting, and have the option of a one-year placement. The course allows students to choose optional modules to focus on their learning and, in the final year, they will complete a major research project on a subject of their choice.
