MSc Electronic Engineering

Course Overview

The MSc Electronic Engineering at Middlesex University is designed to help students have a better understanding of electronic engineering knowledge and skills, equipping them to excel in designing, analysing, and implementing electronics systems.

Entry Requirements for Sri Lankan Students

To apply for the course, you will need to submit a personal statement explaining why you want to study it and other relevant academic details. You will also need an academic or employer reference. You can upload your CV with your application to show your work experience.

Grade Requirements:

  • Applicants are expected to have a 2:2 honours degree or above, or equivalent, in electrical/electronic engineering, computer science, or a related computing engineering area, with evidence of previous programming experience.
  • They may also be considered if they possess a minimum of three years' relevant work experience and the ability to study at a postgraduate level.

English Proficiency:

  • If English is not your first language, you will need an overall IELTS Academic score of 6.0, with a minimum of 5.5 in each part of the test.
  • The university also accepts other test scores, such as TOEFL or PTE.

Cost of Study

For international students, the tuition fee for the MSc Electronic Engineering at Middlesex University is £18,000 per year.
