LLM Legal Practice SQE 1 2

Course Overview

The LLM Legal Practice at London South Bank University helps you get ready for both parts of the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE 1 and 2). You will also gain the practical skills needed to work as a solicitor. You will learn through classroom lessons and real legal work. As part of the course, you will have the chance to work for four weeks at LSBU’s Legal Advice Clinic, which gives free legal help to the public.

The university works with Barbri, a well-known legal training provider. Through this partnership, you will get access to online tools to help you study for the SQE, along with your lessons at LSBU. The LLM Legal Practice (SQE 1&2) at London South Bank University also includes a final research project. This helps you think deeply and improve your legal skills. While it prepares you for the SQE, it does not require approval from the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
