Course overview

The BEng in Mechanical Engineering at London South Bank University prepares you for a career in one of the most flexible and exciting fields. Entry requirements

Your application must include a personal statement outlining your motivations and qualifications, a reference from either an academic or professional source, and a CV that details your applicable work experience.

Grade Requirements:

  • Applicants require 120 UCAS points including Maths or Physical Science.
  • Equivalent international qualifications will also be considered.

English Proficiency:

  • Applicants from non-English-speaking backgrounds must achieve a minimum overall IELTS score of 6.0, with a minimum of 5.5 in each component.
  • Equivalent test scores, such as TOEFL or PTE, are also accepted.
