BSc Sport Psychology and Coaching

This undergraduate course provides an understanding of how psychology, coaching, and physical education combine within the field of sports science. It covers a broad range of topics, including motivation, stress, leadership styles, and the social impact of sport. The programme aims to equip students with coaching and teaching skills for both world-class performance and community-level environments, helping them to encourage others to improve their health and fitness.
