Course overview
The BSc Real Estate, which includes the foundation year at London Metropolitan University, is a four-year full-time course. Entry requirements
The applicants of the foundation plus degree course at LMU are expected to meet the grade and English proficiency requirements for undergraduate study, with additional consideration for the foundation year.
Grade Requirements:
- A UCAS tariff of a minimum of 48 points or above (equivalent to D D in A levels or a BTEC Diploma Pass).
- Other qualifications, such as access to HE Diplomas with 48 points, may be accepted.
- The foundation year course provides a pathway for those who do not have traditional qualifications to move forward with the full degree.
English Proficiency:
- An IELTS overall score of 6.0 with no less than 5.5 in any component.
- Or a TOEFL iBT with minimums of 72 overall (Reading 18, Listening 17, Speaking 20, Writing 17).
- Equivalent qualifications demonstrating competence in academic English will also be considered.
