Ideal for those who want to pursue a career in the medical science field but don’t have the relevant grades to study Medical Science at degree level, the initial year of this full time, 4-year integrated programme with Year Zero will teach you the core skills in chemistry, biology, mathematics, IT and communication needed when you progress to the Medical Science B Med Sci (Hons) programme at DMU.

Entry requirements
- BTEC: PPP — to include in Applied Science; BTEC Extended Diploma
- T-level: Pass — to include in Science
- Access to HE Diploma: Pass — Pass in a Science subject with at least 15 level 3 credits at Merit
- GCSE: 4/C or above — to include English Language, Mathematics, English
