Entry Requirements for Sri Lankan Students

Grade Requirements:

To be enrolled, you need A Levels, BTEC, T Levels, or the International Baccalaureate. Other qualifications equivalent to A-Level may be accepted.

English Proficiency:

Students whose first language is not English will need to provide evidence of fluency to at least an IELTS 6.0 standard or equivalent.

Cost of Study

In 2025/2026, the annual cost of studying the Foundation leading to Law at Cardiff Metropolitan University is £16,000 for international students.

Scholarships

While there are no scholarships available for the foundation year, the university, however, offers a scholarship for those studying an undergraduate course at the university. That is, after your foundation year, you are eligible for an undergraduate scholarship of up to £2,500​.
