University overview

The University of Staffordshire is a university in Staffordshire, England, founded in 1971. It welcomes students from around the world and offers study at undergraduate and postgraduate taught levels. It also runs foundation courses for those who would like a preparatory route into degree-level study.

Courses span a broad range of subject areas, including education, children and teaching; business; computing; games; psychology; engineering; health, science and wellbeing; and art and design. This variety gives international students the chance to follow creative, technical, scientific or people-focused interests, and to find a course that suits their plans.

Teaching takes place across more than one location: the Stoke-on-Trent campus, the Centre for Health Innovation in Stafford, and University of Staffordshire London. This gives students a choice of settings in which to live and learn. Scholarships are available, which can be a welcome source of support for international students as they prepare for their time in the UK.
