BSc Applied Psychology

Course Overview

The BSc Applied Psychology programme at the University of Suffolk helps students to apply psychological theories to real situations that have to do with human development, behaviour, and supporting people in care and education settings. This programme focuses on improving professional practice and creating a career for people who are already working with children or adults.

The programme covers areas such as human development, cognitive psychology, and the biological bases of behaviour. It is flexible so students attend classes once or twice a week, and they support their learning by self-study. This allows students to work or balance other commitments with their studies.
