Course overview

The MEng Electronic & Electrical Engineering with Business Studies at the University of Strathclyde is a five-year undergraduate programme designed to equip students with a comprehensive understanding of electronic and electrical engineering, joined together with business and management skills.

Entry requirements

Grade Requirements:

  • AAB-BBB, including Maths and Physics (A levels for Year 1) and AAA-AAB* (A levels for Year 2), with Maths A, Physics, and Computing.
  • A standard entry of 36 points (Maths HL5, Physics HL5) for Year 1, and 38 points (Maths HL6, Physics HL6, Computer Science HL6) for Year 2 (International Baccalaureate (IB)).

English Proficiency:

  • An IELTS minimum overall score of 6.5, with no part below 6.0.
  • Other accepted English qualifications meeting equivalent standards.
