MSc Construction Management

This postgraduate degree is designed for graduates and experienced professionals in the architecture, engineering, and construction industries. It aims to develop the skills to lead construction management at a senior level. The program is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), and the Association for Project Management (APM). • Applicants need to have a minimum of a second-class honours degree or equivalent international qualifications, including professional qualifications.

English Proficiency:

• If English is not the applicant's first language, they need to prove their English proficiency. An IELTS score of 6.0 (with no element below 5.5) is accepted, as well as a range of equivalent qualifications such as PTE and TOEFL.

For international students who are enrolling full-time in the 2025/26 academic year, the tuition fee is £17,000 per year.

They also offer Global Gold and Silver Excellence Scholarships which can reduce your tuition fees. If you've studied at Salford before, you might get a 20% discount, and paying your fees early could give you a 3% discount.
