BSc Business Management and Economics

The Business Management program gives students an understanding of how businesses operate within their environments and their relationship to society. Through this program, students gain deeper knowledge of core business management principles and key economic theories. 

Students will develop skills to manage change effectively, think critically, and make responsible decisions in various business contexts. By using theories with practical applications, the program prepares individuals to navigate complex business challenges and contribute positively to their organizations and the community.

Students learn through practical subjects and they use state-of-the-art facilities like the Business Laboratory and Bloomberg Trading Room. Teaching methods are lectures, seminars, workshops, and self-study. Assessments are done by Presentations, Essays, Exams, Coursework, Reports, Case studies, and Practical projects. Students are also given an option for a one-year paid work placement after the second year.

• Students can get in with 112 UCAS Tariff points (e.g., A-levels BBC or BTEC Extended Diploma DDM)
• Students who do not meet the direct entry requirements can apply for a foundation year with 64 UCAS points.

English Proficiency:

• Students need an IELTS Academic overall of 6.0, minimum 5.5 in each component (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
• TOEFL, PTE are also accepted.
