MSc Integrated Professional Practice

The MSc Integrated Professional Practice programme at the University of Lincoln focuses on inter-professional learning, work-based and practice-focused development, and academic growth. It is designed for both early career and experienced workers in the health and care sector to explore the complexities of contemporary practice. 

The programme aims to enhance professional knowledge and skills, offering modules that appeal to a wide range of providers. The modules are delivered through a blended method, combining online sessions with face-to-face or self-directed learning. 

The programme's duration varies from 3 years part-time if modules are studied consecutively to up to 6 years part-time if studied on a module-by-module basis. The course also offers exit awards such as a Postgraduate Certificate or Postgraduate Diploma.

Candidates are required to submit a personal statement explaining their reasons for applying for the course and other relevant information about their studies. A relevant academic and/or employer reference is also required. Students have the option to upload their CVS along with their applications to demonstrate their work experience.

Grade Requirements:

• Applicants should hold an honours degree in a relevant discipline, normally at 2.2 classification or above. Applicants who hold a diploma or equivalent registration to practice qualification and have several years of professional practice experience and can demonstrate an ability to study at level 7 will be considered, subject to an individual review of suitability.

English Proficiency:

• Students whose first language is not English need an IELTS score of 6.5 with no less than 5.5 in any element or an equivalent qualification such as SELT, TOEFL, or PTE.

International students undertaking the MSc Integrated Professional Practice programme will be charged £18,400 in tuition fees.

The University of Lincoln provides various scholarship opportunities for both home and international students. These include awards based on academic merit, subject-specific criteria, and country of origin. Eligible international applicants may receive funding ranging from £1,000 up to 50% of their tuition fees.
