MSc Chemistry
Course overview
This MSc Chemistry at the University of Kent takes one year full-time or two years part-time and is based on work in a lab. Students get top-level training by working on a research project with an academic supervisor. This work helps produce discoveries in areas such as energy materials and synthetic chemistry.
In place of standard lectures, students learn through hands-on activities, which include seminars, workshops, and lab meetings. The course will equip them with advanced study skills and a strong grasp of chemistry, helping them feel fully prepared for their career. They will use quality, modern research equipment, like NMR spectrometers and X-ray diffractometers.
