The NEBOSH National Diploma is a well-recognised health and safety qualification designed to meet the needs of the modern workplace. It helps in the development of professional competence and enables you and your organisation to make informed decisions to manage risk and meet your business objectives and legal obligations. Enrolling on the diploma means you'll also be enrolled on the four-year BSc in Safety and Environmental Management (with NEBOSH).
You can leave after getting the diploma if you want – or you could continue studying for the BSc qualification to add it to your CV. So you could stop after obtaining the NEBOSH diploma – or continue your studies and add the BSc qualification to your CV too. Our strong industry links have given our students access to projects with AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, Reckitt, Schlumberger and Unilever.
The Diploma also meets the academic requirements for graduate membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).

Entry requirements
How to apply for this course Applicants would normally possess the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or other qualification in health and safety at level 3 or above. However other qualifications and/or experience can be considered. Please include a CV and copies of certificates when applying for a place.
