Course overview

This 4-year BEng General Engineering with Foundation Year at the University of East London aims to deepen knowledge in core engineering disciplines. The programme integrates industry perspectives and provides extensive skills. This includes general engineering principles, analysis, design, research, project management, and management-related modules and practicals, and it offers real-world experience.

Entry requirements

Grade Requirements:

  • UCAS Tariff: International students are required to score 64 points.

  • Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016) - MPP.

  • International Baccalaureate: International students are required to score 4 points, including a minimum of 15 points at the Higher Level.

 

English Language Requirements:

  • IELTS: International students are required to score a 5.5 with a minimum of 5.5 in writing and speaking, and in reading and listening.
