MSc Management

Course Overview

The MSc Management programme at the University of East Anglia is a one-year course that prepares students to excel in leadership roles in business. The course is offered full-time by the Norwich Business School and focuses on helping students develop a broad understanding of key business areas such as management, logistics, operations, marketing, and human resources. They also learn about entrepreneurship and strategic management to gain insights into how businesses work and succeed.

The programme includes a dissertation project in which students research and analyse a business topic of their choice under the guidance of an academic supervisor. Students are typically assessed via written assignments, group projects, presentations, and coursework. These activities are designed to test their understanding and encourage the development of leadership skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and effective communication.

By the end of the course, students acquire a set of abilities that prepare them for leadership and analytical roles in sectors such as finance, consulting, and human resources.
