DBA Doctor of Business Administration
Course overview
The Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) is a professional, research-based doctorate designed for experienced managers and consultants. It holds the same status as a PhD and prepares them to apply top-level research to real issues in industry or a professional setting. This qualification allows students to use the title of 'Dr..' upon completion.
The course is delivered through a blend of online and face-to-face sessions over two stages, lasting three to four years part-time. Stage one is a taught component, covering research methods and theory, followed by a major DBA Thesis in stage two. The course aims to advance their career by helping them solve industry problems.
Entry requirements
Candidates are required to submit a personal statement in which they discuss their reasons for applying for the course and other relevant information regarding their studies.
