MPharm Pharmacy
Course overview
The MPharm Pharmacy at the University of Bradford ensures that graduates possess the essential pharmacy knowledge, along with the confidence, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills necessary for the profession, with classes that reflect the workplace environment and real-world challenges.
The innovative degree programme utilises team-based learning (TBL) and is collaboratively designed by pharmacists, educators, and employers. At the University of Bradford, pharmacy education has been a focus since 1927, with an emphasis on preparation for clinical practice. Graduates must complete it.
To qualify as a pharmacist, one can opt for a 1-year foundation period or a 5-year MPharm programme, which integrates foundation training. Both pathways prepare students for modern pharmacy practice, thereby ensuring preparation for the GPhC registration exam and future success in their careers.
