MBA Sport Leadership and Management

The MBA Sport Leadership and Management at the University of Bedfordshire is a full-time, one-year programme designed to equip students with advanced knowledge of strategic leadership in the sports industry. This course covers key subjects that deal with leadership, governance, and business strategy to prepare students for senior positions in sports.

The curriculum features core units such as Sport in the Global Context, Strategy Analysis in the Global Environment, and Leading and Managing Sustainable Organisations. Students will be assessed in various ways, including exams, seminar papers, business simulations, and business reports. Grade Requirements:

• Applicants are required to hold a 2.2 honours degree in a relevant discipline or present equivalent qualifications.

English Proficiency:

• Applicants who do not speak English as their first language need an IELTS score of at least 6.0, with a minimum of 5.5 in each skill section.
• Other English proficiency tests like TOEFL, Pearson Academic, and Cambridge English are also acceptable.

International students enrolling in the University of Bedfordshire MBA Sport Leadership and Management programme for the academic year 2025/26 will be charged a tuition fee of £18,000 annually. Note that this fee can change each year.

International students at the University of Bedfordshire can find multiple scholarship opportunities to help with their tuition costs. For undergraduate studies, subject-specific scholarships can offer up to £6,000 in tuition fee reductions each year. For postgraduate students, the Global Subject-specific Merit Scholarship provides up to £5,000 off the total tuition fees.

Moreover, international students enrolled in Master’s programmes, such as the MBA, who do not qualify for other scholarship funds, can apply for the Vice Chancellor’s Scholarship, which discounts the first-year fees by £1,000. Additionally, a £500 discount is available for those who pay their tuition fees in full before the registration date.
