FdA Events Management

The University College Birmingham FdA Events Management programme focuses on equipping students with the essential practical and academic knowledge for a successful career in the global events industry. Applicants are required to submit a personal statement in which they discuss their reasons for applying for the course and other relevant information regarding their studies. A relevant academic and/or employer reference is also required. Students have the option to upload their CVs along with their applications to demonstrate their work experience.

Grade Requirements: 

• Applicants typically need between 48 UCAS tariff points, which can be achieved through an A-level at CD, BTEC at PP, T-level graded Pass, or International Baccalaureate. 
• A-level equivalent international qualifications are also accepted.

English Proficiency: 

• If English is not your first language, you will need to show that you have the required English skills by having an IELTS Academic score of 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each component. 
• Equivalent scores from other approved tests, such as PTE, TOEFL, are also accepted.

For international students, the annual tuition fee for the FdA Events Management at University College Birmingham is £16,000.

University College Birmingham offers various scholarships and financial support for eligible students. For full-time UK undergraduate students starting in September 2025, there is a £5,000 Cost of Living Allowance to help with expenses.
