BSc Honours Real Estate

The BSc (Honours) Real Estate at Sheffield Hallam University takes 3-4 years to complete and includes a year-long placement. This degree is recognised by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and provides students with opportunities to work on real projects and interact with professionals in the field.

Students will study various important topics through both core and optional modules. Grade Requirements:

• To apply for this programme, applicants must have at least 112 UCAS points. A minimum of 64 points should come from two A Levels or an equivalent BTEC qualification.
• They can submit their applications if they have obtained a minimum grade of BBC in A Levels, a DDM in a BTEC Extended Diploma, or an overall Merit in a T Level qualification.

English Proficiency:

• For applicants who are non-native English speakers, a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 is required, with at least 5.5 in each section.

For the 2025/26 academic year, international students in the Sheffield Hallam University BSc (Honours) Real Estate programme will pay £17,155 for tuition per year.

If students opt for a placement year, their tuition fee for that year will be decreased, requiring them to pay no more than 20% of the usual fee. Please keep in mind that these rates may still be updated.

Sheffield Hallam University offers several scholarships for international students. The GREAT Scholarships provide £10,000 off tuition for students from Ghana, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, and Pakistan starting postgraduate programmes in September 2025.

Additionally, the Events and Leisure Management Dean's Scholarship awards £6,000 to students in the BSc (Hons) Events and Leisure Management (top-up) course. The Transform Together Scholarships grant a 50% tuition fee discount for full-time students, while the Joyce Spurr Art Travel Fund offers £50 to £250 for fine art students attending UK art events.
