Overview

Entry Requirements

To apply for this course, you will have to submit a personal statement, which should explain your reason for choosing the course and other relevant academic or professional details. You will also need an academic or employer reference. You may choose to upload their CV to show your work experience.

Grade Requirements:

  • Applicants are expected to have 112 UCAS tariff points or equivalent level 3 qualifications.

English Proficiency:

  • If English is not your first language, you will need an overall IELTS score of 6.0, with at least 5.5 in each part.
  • The university also accepts other test scores, such as TOEFL or PTE.

Cost of Study

For international students, the tuition fee for LLB Law (Criminology Pathway) is £16,500 for the 2025-26 academic year.

Scholarships

London South Bank University offers scholarships for international students. One of these is the £2,000 Vice-Chancellor’s International Merit Award, which is given each academic year to students whose grades are equivalent to at least AAB at UK A-levels.

Another option available is the Global Success Scholarship, which can provide up to £4,000 to help students start their international careers at LSBU.
