BSc Psychology Clinical Psychology

London South Bank University

Course overview

The BSc (Hons) Psychology (Clinical Psychology) course at London South Bank University is accredited by the British Psychological Society. It provides a foundation in human behaviour and gives a complete understanding of psychological themes such as communication, learning, memory, and social behaviour.

The course also has its own facilities, including an eye-tracking lab and observation room, which are used for research and practical application, and all teaching staff are researchers and offer student support through personal tutoring and office hours.

Students are assessed through practical application, a key subject in the first year, which is assessed through two practical reports, one focused on qualitative research and the other on quantitative research using statistical software. The programme is structured to help students apply their knowledge to make an impact on the lives of individuals and meet the academic requirements for a career in psychology.
