Course overview

The PhD postgraduate research opportunities in business at Liverpool John Moores University are designed to offer students the chance to conduct research opportunities to work at the forefront of development with leading experts. Students can choose to study the programme either full-time and may select from a wide array of subjects for their research topic within business.

During the programme, students will be allocated up to four supervisors, including a lead supervisor who will work with them throughout their studies and provide them with appropriate levels of support and guidance.   • The University also welcomes applications from those with non-standard qualifications who can demonstrate knowledge, experience, and skills developed in the workplace or other settings relevant to the programme of research.

English Proficiency:

International students must show English language proficiency equivalent to an overall IELTS score of 6.5, with no individual component scoring below 5.5.
