MSc Nursing Adult

Course Overview

The MSc Nursing (Adult) course will provide students with the knowledge and skills required to qualify as a registered nurse in adult nursing practice. This course will enable students to pursue a career with purpose, making a significant difference to the lives of patients, their families and the healthcare system.

Through this course, students will learn from expert nursing academics as well as clinical practitioners, gaining frontline experience through our placement opportunities and developing skills and experience needed to manage a variety of health conditions from prevention and acute cases to end-of-life care. Their scientific knowledge and compassionate understanding will be enhanced with insights into the psychology and sociology of health and ill-health, and they will develop the critical thinking skills and professional judgement needed to provide innovative patient care.
