Course Overview

The MSc in Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience at Brunel University London is a programme designed to meet the growing need for people with skills in neuroscience. Entry Requirements for Nigerian Students

Candidates are required to submit a personal statement in which they discuss their reasons for applying for the course and other relevant information regarding their studies. A relevant academic and/or employer reference is also required. Students have the option to upload their CV along with their applications to demonstrate their work experience.

Grade Requirements:

  • Applicants need a 2:2 or higher UK Honours degree in Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field such as Biological Sciences or Computer Science.
  • A degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Biomedical Science with an upper second-class honours or higher is also considered.
  • Applicants with other degrees will be reviewed individually.

English Proficiency:

  • Applicants from non-English speaking backgrounds must have an IELTS score of at least 6.5 (with a minimum of 6 in all sections).
  • Or a Pearson score of 59 (with a minimum of 59 in all sub-scores).

Cost of Study

The full-time tuition is £22,320 for international students. Part-time £12,395 (international) per year.

Brunel University London offers several scholarships, including the Vice-Chancellor's Postgraduate International Excellence Award (£6,000 scholarship) and the Dean's International Scholarship (£2,000 fee waiver) for full-time international students.
